MyGrove was started by an old friend and he approached me to work on some market research and contributing to investor pitch decks. The more I learned about the product and market, the more I loved the mission. I took on more and more responsibility and had success coordinating private investment from angel investors and in-kind investment from a superb web development company in Vermont and active adult community builder in Texas. I also facilitated acceptance into the Aging2.0 Accelerator Program and renovated the entire business revenue model.
Unfortunately I had to leave the company due to irreconcilable differences with the founder and I lost a great opportunity and a great friend. Even so, I think of it as a great learning experience and I wish them them great success.
