Farbly was a project that sprung from work with a local restaurant. In the process of building admin tools for them, I thought that other restaurants had the same issues with stale menus in pdf format, which presents a list of issues with mobile use.

The application was built in PHP and Javascript using a WordPress shell. The menu creation and maintenance interface is fully drag and drop (jQuery UI). Users were able to display their menus anywhere with the placement of one line of code (script tag) which connects to the Farbly server and injects the menu elements. Payments were automated with Stripe. The goal was to expand features and collect menu offerings data.

Great project and a wonderful learning experience.
